Join Jess for a flow designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect. The first half of class will guide you through a mindful Vinyasa flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility, while the second half invites you to slow down with restorative poses that encourage deep release and rest. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this class offers a supportive space to recharge, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.
