When Lisa Sheehan, MA, RYT-200 began practicing yoga she instantly fell in love with the relaxation and meditation at the end of each class. She holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and has completed over 700 hours of professional training in Mindfulness, MBSR, Meditation and Relaxation. Lisa is registered as a “Qualified” MBSR instructor through the UMASS Medical School Center For Mindfulness, as well as, a Yoga Alliance certified instructor (RYT-200), and is a certified .b Mindfulness in Schools Instructor.
