TPTW will be offering a series of different teen-focused workshops in 2018.
We are kicking off the new year with Posture Plus Prevention. After witnessing many similar patterns among teens and how they manifest injuries later in life, we have developed an exercise routine that helps correct and prevent common issues. The class with integrate basic physical therapy concepts with common developmental concerns. Our teens will be able to learn a series of exercises so that they may continue practicing on their own. It is important to correct movement patterns early in life and we would like to provide the necessary resources to help kids do this effectively.
