Clearing Spaces, Clearing Minds with Amy van Arsdale

How can something as seemingly inert as clutter have such a huge impact on our mental state? Perhaps it’s because clutter (derived from the Middle English word clotter, which means “to coagulate”) clogs our idea of what’s possible in a given space, or even of our own identity. Clutter can be a physical manifestation of stuck energy.

Introducing Amy van Arsdale of Clearedspaces.com, a organizational service that helps to make space in your life.

Her goal, while clearing with clients, is to help them feel a new perspective from within, “you really do not need much stuff to be happy if you work from the inside out.”  Amy’s clearing techniques leave clients feeling more authentic, centered, spacious, and relaxed. “It’s a positive shift that will last a lifetime".

For over 8 years, Amy has worked as a professional home organizer.  Amy is also a certified Kripalu yoga instructor and believes that clearing space in the mind, body and the home helps to create a calmer and happier lifestyle.

"Clear your clutter, and you will clear your mind"

This is a benefit for the Bridgeport Street Ministry who helps to furnish apartments for the homeless.

$10 suggested donation at the door,  all contributions welcome.
