If you have ever felt like yoga may not be for you, or felt intimidated to take a typical yoga class, or were not sure your physical issues would allow you to participate, then this is the class for you.
If you are a seasoned yoga student and would like a unique and centering break, please join too!
Learn how to “center”, tap into awareness as a healing tool, safely open your joints and stretch, connect with the natural flow of your breath as a source of inner peace, attune to your energy body, practice powering down your nervous system as a means to connect with yourself and the many unseen gifts of the present moment where life is actually happening.
