Unwind, release tension, and connect deeply to yourself with this nourishing class that blends mindful gentle movement with Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation technique that is done lying down. The first half of class prepares the body for stillness through a slow, stabilizing flow designed for all experience levels.
The second half transitions into effortless stillness for Yoga Nidra, known as "psychic sleep". The practice promotes deep healing, inner peace, and profound self-awareness. As an evening restorative practice, it helps dissolve stress from the day and improve sleep quality.
