3/3, De-Stress Sunday- Meditation for Relaxation with Lisa: Sunday, 1:30-3:00pm Gentle yoga stretches to help relax and loosen the physical body followed by a reclined, guided journey to relax the body and move into meditation to release stress.
3/10, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra® with Sheryl: Sunday 3:00-4:30pm Yoga Nidra is specifically designed to relax and calm the nervous system creating the conditions our body needs for deep healing to take place.
3/16, Reiki Healing Circle with Cathy: Saturday, 3:00-5:00pm For Reiki practitioners only.
3/24, Art of Self-Inquiry™ (Dive-IN, level 1) with Cathy: Sunday 1:30-4:00pm Guided meditation to gain insight into your nature.
3/25, Making a Chemical-Free Home, Young Living Essential Oils with Barb: Monday 9:00-11:00am Pop in for an open house and learn how to use essential oils to safely clean your home.
3/31, Core & Restore with Julia: Sunday, 3:30-5:15pm You’ll work through some vigorous core yoga, followed by a restorative session with guided meditation and savasana to help you relax and unwind.
