BREATHING on January 6th: Learn how to reconnect with your breath through different breathing systems such as classic abdominal breathing to reverse abdominal breathing. How can we reteach ourselves to breath fully and what are the heath benefits?
HEALTHY DIGESTION on January 20th: Learn Qigong movements that "turn on" the digestive system! Gentle spinal twists and meditative movements with the arms that help tonify the digestive tract.
ORGAN CLEANSING & STRENGTHENING on January 27th: This form is very specific to our five major organ systems, as well as the central nervous system. Through guided Qigong movements, we return to the original form & function of our internal organs.
MEDITATION on February 3rd: Qigong is a moving meditation that brings body, mind and spirit into alignment. This class will introduce Standing Meditation (“Wuji”), Seated Meditation and Lying Down Meditation. Gentle, flowing movements will be coordinated with each of the three positions.
