IMMUNE SYSTEM on 10/21  --Qigong movements scientifically shown to boost the creation of T-fighting-cells; learn walking and dynamic movements to increase the flow of lymph and blood

BALANCE on 10/28  --proper stance, one-legged movements and the importance of grounding to help with internal and external balance

STRESS on 11/4  --lower stress in a matter of a few minutes; learn how to slow down your breathing, empower yourself through positive visualizations, and re-balance the central nervous system
