This spring enjoy the opportunity to awaken your body as we embrace the natural changes our bodies go through as the seasons change. Special focus will be placed on cleansing and stress reduction. In addition, we will bring awareness to our liver & gallbladder, the organs most vulnerable in spring.
How will the Workshop Unfold?
∾ Introduction, the wisdom of the spring
∾ Guided Meditation, reconnect with your forgiving and kind nature
∾ Intention setting practice
∾ Qigong, Sound Healing & Self-Massage
∾ Acupuncture, balance the liver & gallbladder, including ear points
∾ Meditate, journal & rest with like-minded women
∾ Discuss, we are here to answer your questions and give our opinions on your individual health concerns. This group Qigong and Acupuncture experience is a wonderful introduction to the benefits they have on the mind, body and spirit.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a pillow, if you like. Yoga mats and blankets are available in our Yoga Studio. Tea and light refreshments will be served, but please be sure to eat prior to coming (this is particularly important for acupuncture.)
